Madison Bumgarner (2014)

Madison Kyle Bumgarner is a pitcher for the San Francisco Giants. He was drafted by the Giants in the first round of the 2007 draft and made his Major League debut in 2010. Bumgarner became the youngest left-handed pitcher to throw eight scoreless innings in a World Series while helping the Giants to win the 2010 World Series - their first since 1954. He was also named the 2014 World Series MVP after leading the Giants to victory in one of the greatest World Series pitching performances of all time: Bumgarner defeated the Kansas City Royals in Game 1, pitched a shutout in Game 5, and finally came on in relief to clinch the victory in Game 7 with 5 shutout innings – allowing only two hits while striking out four with no walks.
